Favourable and magnificent location in Niagara Falls, close to the tourist attractions, the rainbow bridge which takes u to Canada and Canada. Also, in a great location very close by of everything. Separate room, impeccably clean bathroom. A wide array of food at the free and satisfactory breakfast.

The location was excellant and unbeatable, for example, Nightmares Fear Factory was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room was spotless with jacuzzi tub, a fridge and microwave and a balcony and safety measures included smoke detectors.

THE ATTENTION OF THE RECEPTIONISTS WRONG BECAUSE THEY WERE IN A BAD WAY, IT SEEMS THEY WERE ANGRY. THE DAY OF THE CHECK OUT, THEY ASKED ME FOR MY CREDIT CARD TO CHARGE THE 3 ROOMS AGAIN, I TOLD THEM THAT MY BANK HAD ALREADY CHARGED THEM TO MY DEBIT CARD THE DAY BEFORE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO PAY THEM AGAIN AND THAT THE BANK WOULD REIMBURSE ME IN 3 DAYS. I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT FOR ANY REASON, THEY WERE VERY ANNOYED AND INSISTED THAT WE HAD TO PAY AGAIN. . I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT FOR ANY REASON AND THAT THEY WERE VERY ANNOYED AND INSISTED THAT WE SHOULD PAY AGAIN... A FRIEND OF MINE TO AVOID PROBLEMS IF I PAID IN CASH AND AFTER 15 MINUTES OF DISCUSSION FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE OTHER 2 ROOMS, THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO MORE PROBLEM THAT THEY HAD ALREADY CHECKED WITH THE BANK AND THAT IF THEY HAD MADE THE CHARGES FOR THE 3 ROOMS FROM 1 DAY BEFORE. SO THEY PAID FOR AN EXTRA ROOM. I HAD TO REIMBURSE MY CARD WITHIN 3 DAYS FOR THE EXTRA ROOM. . I HOPE THEY DO.
